We are so fortunate with this house sit. The apartment is in a beautiful part of London and surprisingly quiet, given that it is a stone’s throw away from Finchley Road. The Underground takes you into the heart of the city in very little time. We did so a couple of times this week, and here is an impression of all the wonderful things we saw while site seeing London.

Of the two of us, Christophe is the photographer. With his Sony Alpha SLT-37, he takes beautiful pictures. I do often fear for his safety, because he will take position in the middle of the road to get a good shot, regardless of traffic lights turning green and traffic speeding towards him. And especially here in London, where they drive on the wrong side of the road and there are all those big (beautiful) red busses threatening to flatten anything and anybody that gets in their way.
